Kudos to @CapMetroATX - train delay tonight but the conductor gave clear communication about the situation and the bus bridge was all ready to get us the rest of the way there. Nobody loves a delay but this was pretty smooth.

@CapMetroATX Please use #MetroRailAlert on future service alerts - we had a lot of employees that could have taken the 985 if we'd been properly notified about the outage.
@CapMetroATX Once the operator got the call from dispatch that he had to go to all the train stops, he started cussing up a storm. Dispatch was certain he should go to all the stops, but clearly that was not well communicated to him.
@CapMetroATX The bus bridge operator informed us after leaving MLK that he'd only be driving to Highland, although most of us were going to Howard/Lakeline/Leander. We had to call the go line for help.
