Minimising the risk of a breach and and having a contingency plan in place if one happens is the right approach, and works for both small and large organisations.
The top 3 risks for Directors and Officers for 2023 remain cyber-attacks, data loss and cyber extortion. A security strategy that minimises these risks without costing the earth is essential.

A few questions for householders:
1) if you have a landline phone, will it work without power?
2) if you have a radio, will it work without power?

Someone's been creating a ton of fake CISO profiles on LinkedIn for major corporations. What's more, a lot of this info is getting ingested by various sources that then make it even harder to tell the truth in search results. Victor Sites CISO of Chevron? No. Real CISO on left.

@agw1437@MyGineration Medical insurance and a privatised health industry is the way to go, obviously. Unless you're interested in return on investment and health outcomes, and the economic benefit of having sick people returned to the workforce.
@ShrekKeplr @elliemaeohagan @ProfSteveKeen Have you heard of cryptoscams? Failed Exchanges? Cryptocurrency failures? People losing their houses and life savings on crypto? Happens FAR more often than what you're worried about. https://t.co/FlLAx2JZid
@ShrekKeplr @elliemaeohagan @ProfSteveKeen As cryptocurrencies only have a value in terms of a fiat currency, to be a stablecoin in the fiat currency they have to be able to provide enough of the fiat currency on demand to deal with a run on the cryptocurrency. They don't have anywhere near enough, so go bankrupt.
@ShrekKeplr @elliemaeohagan @ProfSteveKeen The GDP of the economy underpins fiat currencies. This is why more money needs to be created as the economy grows and removed from circulation if it shrinks. Blockchain currencies can't do this, making them deflationary.
