@FedEx simply harasses the customer with different instructions over the phone. Their KYC team hides behind a noreply email being clueless about the documents they need. @FedExIndia
This is so disappointing! We have spoken to @FedEx customer care 7-8 times and submitted the KYC 3 times, the @FedExHelp team is unreachable. Even after repeatedly mentioning the material is time sensitive, they are doing nothing to resolve the issue. The AWB is 523053982963.
@FedExIndia I have sent a DM. However, @FedExIndia, we already mentioned the AWB, and after 8 calls and 3 emails from KYC, you still don't have my contact details in your database. That shows your level of commitment to the customer.
The delivery is mostly left to unreliable distributors that even give unclear information and have their own set of payment systems, which @FedExIndia India seems to have no control over. @FedExHelp@FedEx
While I understand deliveries can be unreliable at a time like this, is it fair, @FedExIndia, that you're making a customer, run from pillar to post to get a delivery. Add to that you're asking them to pay customs duty in cash. @FedExHelp@FedEx
