Ordered 2 × amul Gold Milk Combo packs. Each combo contains 4 × 500ml milk packets (8 packets total).
Received only 2 milk packets. Reported immediately via support, but the claim was rejected without explanation

Delivered bag contained only 2 milk packets.

Issue was reported immediately after delivery through Instamart support.

Support rejected the claim despite screenshots and product quantity details being provided.

How is it acceptable to keep pushing dates without assigning a pickup agent or updating the customer?

This is causing unnecessary inconvenience and mental harassment.
Requesting immediate resolution or alternate refund arrangement.

Return created on 28 Nov, pickup promised 5 Dec – failed.
New request on 7 Dec – no agent assigned
Now I’m told wait till 20Dec

Despite multiple calls and emails, there has been ZERO communication from any delivery partner — no call, no SMS, no pickup attempt.

I even informed customer support that I would be unavailable from 12 Dec onwards, yet no action was taken.

@porterit_ please look into this issue. The order pickup was already delayed by 2 days and after picking up this is the response.

I had a conversation with the customer care and requested him to return my parcen and refund my amount but he says you either pay or we keep your parcel. Is this even allowed. I mean what happen this has never happened before and I have Always entered the dimensions in inches.

So I contacted porter courier service saying that I had entered dimensions in inches and measured it accurately via a measure tape. They are claiming that there is no option for inches input in their application. I say there is. Now they say it's only for reference

It would be great if companies actually told the rejected candidates the criteria on which they were rejected. Leave interviews, most companies reject you without even taking a coding test now. Everything seems so random in the hiring processes these days.
