@HMRCcustomers I made the change online. I was just worried as the email said to allow 15 days and it's been over a month and there's no way of checking for progress updates but if things are delayed that's fine. Just wanted to check it hadn't been missed

@HMRCcustomers I tried to call and once I got through all the security questions the bot just said 'thanks for calling bye' and the call ended! I submitted a name change on 3rd march and had no update, please can you advise what to do

@BritishGasHelp waited in all morning for Hive to be fitted by your engineer (already been rescheduled by you once) to be told when he arrives that he has no idea what job he's been sent to do, and doesn't have the correct equipment. Absolutely pathetic

@NOWHelpTeam second direct debit taken and it appeared as 'B0eff Ents', different to last month. I thought this was a hacker and blocked my card, only to be informed it was your payment. Why does it appear as this?! Caused me so much hassle and stress having to block my card!
