- trialed for @RGPunjabFC , GOT the contract, had to defer the dream
- flew back to phoenix
- failed interviews at @amazon , @Meta , @DoorDash
- freelanced for 6 @ycombinator startups; 0 ro's
- graduated with absolutely nothing lined up
- spent some time with family, got clarity
- used all my savings, moved to sf for a work trial; it blew up in my face
- followed the "sf high", tried building something & failed miserably
- paid over $3k in parking tickets and fines
- lived out of suitcases like a ghost
- met teens making $XXXk/week and it broke my reality
- finally got into @mosaic_so and we did a public launch
- started to get 1/2 weekly interviews, life got better
- took another trip back home, trial stint at @ChennaiyinFC , did NOT get the offer, got even more clarity
- grinded leetcode and got 6 figure offers from 2 companies
- finally, the stars aligned & I got an offer from @amazon

2025 was 90% failure, but the 10% is what matters and keeps me going.

ONLY way to get into @ycombinator startups (get paid $160k+)

• be in SF as much as you can. (even if you're intl.)
• f*ck ai automation. put in the efforts. took me 100+ x dms and 600+ emails to get only 30+ interviews. work HARD not SMART.
• emails should be INFORMAL AF!! "Goodmorning XXX" - bro you're bottom of the stack. how about "i hacked your search history".
• there's ~600k cs folks, ~4k startups. only 100k people are doing this which means your odds are 1:24 -> 1 interview per 24 emails. not bad.
• pick a skill and get RLLY FKING GOOD. me -> goated at (i spin up webs like https://t.co/yJg0PAB30z on the go) + frontend dev -> startups loved that, they hired me.

it worked for me. it WILL WORK for you.
