PUBLIC LAND IS NOT THE PRESIDENT’S PROPERTY
Public land is not government property in the ordinary sense. The State holds it in trust for the people of Kenya. The President is a custodian of that trust, not its owner.
That is why public land cannot be taken, allocated or converted at the President’s discretion. Any change must follow the Constitution and the law, with the required approvals and public accountability.
The argument that land must be taken before someone else grabs it turns the rule of law on its head. We cannot prevent land grabbing by legitimising it.
Kenya has already lost too much public land. What remains must be protected for present and future generations.
Public land belongs to the people. The State holds it in trust. No President has a personal title to it.
Imagine WANTING to go to the gym.
Imagine being excited by challenges, enjoying struggle, embracing hard work.
The successful don’t have to convince themselves to do the right thing.
They WANT to.
If you fix your thoughts, your life will fix itself.
Children are not an achievement. They are an assignment.
Don't rush to have children if you lack the structure to complete the assignment of fatherhood.
To procrastinate is to be entitled. It is arrogant. It assumes there will be a later. It assumes you’ll have the discipline to get to it later (despite not having the discipline now).
To my Esteemed followers,
Your year has been dark,
Your months have been stuck,
Your weeks have been hard,
Your days have been sad,
May OCTOBER be your month of breakthrough and success.
Chin up towards God.
