@jasonfried on your comments regarding the screener at the very beginning instead of even talking about how many people are waiting, you should just say “the screener is your chance to tell HEY! Who has permission to actually email you and who doesn’t”. Then zoom in and do a 2 second clip of doing a thumbs up and down. Much better to hear about the immediate benefit than the technical feature.
