For decades, Cuba has been the world capital for radical left-wing terrorism. The regime in Havana has recruited, trained and backed violent Marxist and third-worldist movements across our hemisphere and beyond. Today, we are targeting the network that enables and funds Cuba's subversive and radical operations.

Pursuant to sanctions authorities created by President Trump’s groundbreaking Cuba Executive Order, I am designating the following entities:

1. Ministry of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba (MINFAR)
2. Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP)
3. Amistur Cuba S.A.
4. Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR)
5. Minera La Victoria S.A.

Anyone providing services to these sanctioned actors is at risk of sanctions themselves. Foreign banks and other companies that provide services to these entities should freeze those activities.

The Trump Administration will no longer tolerate radical Marxist regimes in our hemisphere seeking to threaten U.S. national security and engage in influence operations to export their poisonous and evil “revolution” to our country and around the world.

🚨NEVER BEFORE SEEN VIDEO of Maria Machado’s rescue from Venezuela before Maduro was captured.

She was secretly smuggled through guarded checkpoints by a Tampa-based nonprofit group of Special Operations Veterans called @greybullrescue in Operation Golden Dynamite.

If Maduro’s guards spotted her, she could’ve been killed.

She was then brought to Oslo to receive her Nobel Peace Prize in person, which she’s now given to President Trump.

Entire families would disappear overnight b/c their father criticized the regime.

I was told SB 1264, the history of communism bill that @JayCollinsFL quarterbacked was brought up earlier today in a space so I thought I'd share some insight into how it came about

I wrote the summary of what the bill would do and sent it to Representative James Buchanan's office. James's team took that, wrote a draft (and added the section on creating a museum on the atrocities of communism which was a fantastic touch my his office), and submitted it to house drafting services. James Buchanan's bill slots were already full though so I was calling a bunch of offices scrambling to get sponsors. Jay's aide, Amanda, took my call, thought it was a great idea, talked to Jay, called me back two hours later saying Jay loved the bill and would sponsor it on the senate side. I called a bunch of House reps to get a House filer but all of their slots were full and I wasn't that well connected so I was having a hard time finding someone who could file it. Jay did a bunch of work behind the scenes to make sure it would go through and after he talked to Representative Chuck Brannan the bill was able to get a sponsor touch at the last minute. I was inexperienced and late to the game with that bill and IT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED without Jay, who quarterbacked it and ran the ball down the field 90 yards, as well as James and Chuck

By the way, it would have been super easy for Jay to say that it was too late in the game for that bill and to try again next session (he filed 40 bills that session and got around 22 over the finish line), especially since I was a nobody at the time. He didn't. He took it upon himself to find a House sponsor, get it through committee, and over the finish line simply because he thought it was important, and because of that, every public school student in Florida will be educated every year on the philosophy and history of domestic and foreign communist movements and the atrocities they all led to
