It’s as if the government wants to test their society as much as possible by making them look desireable but forcing them to not have any sexual desires towards them. If everyone looked unappealing, it would be much easier to block out their desires #laylit20

@litwithlayton The suicide hostesses are dressed like exotic dancers to draw attention to themselves & tempt people to have sexual desires when they see them. But since this isn’t allowed in this society, these people will feel guilty for their thoughts & feel that they deserve to die #laylit20

@sydnopsis Exactly. They try so hard to make everything perfect but perfect doesn’t necessarily mean ideal. People are meant to be unique and have their differences, and that is how a society does well. Perfection and the sameness between everyone just makes it cold and boring #laylit20

@litwithlayton I hated it!! And I was honestly surprised that Fiona would do that when she despised Jack’s affair with a younger woman. Maybe part of her reason for doing so was to seek revenge? But she has shown a continued interest in Adam, so that definitely wasn’t her only motive #laylit20

@litwithlayton Yes, everyone needs to have excitement and faith in their lives to keep them going. It’s the little things like the tooth fairy that help people get through hard times and believe that there is a light at the end of the tunnel #laylit20

@litwithlayton He is grateful for Fiona because she truly cared about him and tried her best to understand him. When his parents were too afraid to give up their religion for him, Fiona was there for Adam and his health more than his parents actually were #laylit20

Although it reminds her of her youth and freedom, I think it may also symbolize that she will have a NEW beginning soon where she’ll find happiness & freedom again #laylit20

@litwithlayton This might be a stretch, but I thought that maybe the fact that the strings aren’t attached to anything and run from the top of the cover to the bottom could represent that there are “no strings attached” with Fiona and Adam, and that their mere time together is over #laylit20

@litwithlayton I think she was happy to be able to completely focus on her work and avoid the whole situation between her and Jack with him being gone. However when he returns, she now has a distraction from her work and realizes that she has to face their situation and deal with it #laylit20

@zhack999 I agree with the others in that Adam does this because he wants to try to sound professional. He is hiding his true childish manners just like he is hiding his fear to die with his cockiness. It seems like Adam wants to be someone who he is not #laylit20

@litwithlayton He seems like he’s very conceited to hide the fact that he is scared of possibly dying. People like Adam who love themselves, and act like they are better than everyone else and make fun of others often have some underlying issue/worry they don’t want people to know #laylit20
