I really need to take action on this email, so it’s important I keep it unread and sitting in my inbox for the next 3, 6, or 12 months so I feel guilt and shame every time I see it which is 20 times a day.
I often feel misunderstood as people tend to perceive my slower responses as a lack of caring. This is not the case. I care.
The time I take to respond has 0 correlation with the amount that I care!
Replying can be a lot for me but when I show up you bet I’m 100% present! 🧡

If you keep bookmarking Tweets about solopreneurship but you've never built something of your own, maybe less bookmarking and more little leaps of faith.
In hard times, people don't want to be told to look on the bright side. They want to know you're on their side.
Even if you can't help them feel better, you can always help them feel seen.
The best way to support others is not to cheer them up. It's to show up.

@adhdjesse I was reflecting on exactly this recently when I moved out of my beautiful 1br apartment for what felt like no real reason. I subconsciously changed the gravity the moment things felt stable & safe just for the sake of stimulation?! I’m still new to understanding ADHD but wow!🤯
If you stay up late on Saturday and/or sleep in on Sunday, this is a synergistic circadian reset for the work week:
Monday: wake 30min *earlier* than typical, 1-3min cold shower or bath, workout (if no time, then 10min any cardio), 10-15min sunlight viewing. Eat/fast per usual.
