New paper on Malin 1 led by Junais: With MUSE we were able to detect HII regions out to ~100 kpc from the center of the galaxy! The outer disk has extremely low ΣSFR.

Our paper exploring the dust content of low surface brightness galaxies is on @arxiv today (https://t.co/Y7wIz7Docp). Dust content in such galaxies is more varied than previously thought, with some of them showing significant dust attenuation.
