They can threaten India & China from that base. So even if Ind agree to US deals they will find another reason to move away from India

@IndianGems_ It is simple. We segregate waste at source. In cities /towns every residential community/establishments has a dedicated waste management facility. Littering in public places attract heavy fine in Kerala. I'm not claiming 100% success, but it works.
