You know what, we don't actually need term limits. Let's just stop voting in the same people every cycle, eh? Or better yet, we elect people who agree to draft and vote for a 2 term limit. If they don't do it in term 1, we vote them out and try again until someone decides they want to stay for 2 terms instead of 1.
