Reminder 7: Congratulations, @mybmcWardL, on the opening of the 6th illegal shop at Aditya Vardhan Raheja Vihar Road, Chandivali, Mumbai. Opp. Minal CHS Ltd.

These shops are built by encroaching on the footpaths and road and by stealing lights from @Adani_Elec_Mum electric pole. This place has become a hot spot for hooligans.

Check for BMC-approved plans and if they have all the BMC-required permissions.

Due to political blessings, BMC has not taken any action on them in spite of numerous tweets.

Man-made disaster. A road was being repaired by @mybmc and thus blocked. So everyone used a private road - that obviously got clogged. Now the private road is also closed. Traffic level rises further. I hope @mybmc is building an airport runway type road since it's taking so long
