The consequences for today's poor choices will always come with painful medical bills.

Where are you following the class from?
What is your village/town/City/County/Country?
When there is too much salt in your water or food that the body doesn't want, what happens?
Your tongue naturally rejects the food.
When there is excess salt in your body, what happens?
• You become thirsty,
• You drink more water,
• You urinate,
• You sweat the salt out.
But the functionally illiterate "experts" want you to believe that your body is so stupid that it has no homeostatic mechanism for eliminating the excess salt that it doesn't require.
The only thing that the body has never figured out how to eliminate is sugar.
Sugar is stored, turns into fat, clogs your arteries, and surrounds your organs as visceral fat, leading to chronic inflammation, chronic diseases and failing kidney functions.
Sugar is the enemy, not salt.
EAT SALT.

Don't spend this June complaining, instead, get to work silently.
Train your body, sharpen your mind, grow your income and protect your family.
Your best days are ahead of you.
We are aware of the court action filed in Kenya against the Ebola isolation facility. We are in touch with Kenyan authorities and are optimistic we can resolve objections.
"Morning Breakfast is the most important meal," is a deceptive marketing phrase by Kellogg's and Nestlé companies to sell their cereals and bacon.
Human beings were not designed to eat in the morning. The earliest you should eat is when the sun is at Zenith (Midday).
In the morning,
• Cortisol is high
• Glucose is high
• Glucagon is up
• Testosterone is up
• Growth hormone is up
• Insulin is low
Therefore, eating in the morning disrupts this circadian rhythm predisposing you to long-term hormonal and metabolic failure.
If you continue listening to mainstream "experts" you will continue suffering.
Your body is not a food-processing factory.
One day, you will pay school fees, hospital bills, and salaries.
You will stay awake calculating figures while others sleep peacefully.
It is the day you will realize your father carried a weight you never understood.
Now it is your turn,
The burden is heavy, but it is SACRED.
