I purchased an HP Victus laptop on 19 Feb’25 from @Flipkart . The laptop was defective! It had dead pixels all over the place. I raised a request to Flipkart for replacement. 1/n

@Flipkart @HPSupport @Flipkart I have got the DOA letter from HP for product replacement. It has a 14 day validity. I raised the case on Flipkart on 3rd May. Are there any updates? Request you to expedite the process.

2/n @Flipkart told me they won’t be able to replace it directly and that I’ll have to reach out to HP customer care. I wrote a mail to @HPSupport but no response initially. Then they mailed and I mailed back instantly on 26Feb’25 with the details asked. After that no response.
