@UberEats has the worst service possible. I reached out the night my order was placed and their support AI kept closing my chat. Now i’m stuck paying for half an order that wasn’t even received.

@Uber_Support and you said the same thing via DM. Why would my order not be permitted for a refund of half the items were missing from the order? Even the driver indicated the restaurant said they were out. Shame on Uber Eats for penalizing the customer for their faulty system.
