@iamyank Igen, amugy ezt megertem. Altalaban amikor a jelenben van nehezsegem, akkor eleg eroteljesek az almaim. Utana vagy ugy ebredek, hogy full leizzadva, vagy pedig megkonnyebbulve. A felalom viszont eddig csak jot hozott, kis coping mechanishm. :)
