#امیرحسین_حاتمی، ۱۸ ساله، از متهمان پرونده آتش‌سوزی یک پایگاه بسیج در شرق تهران، توسط شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب به اعدام محکوم شده است.
به‌گفته منابع، او بیش از ۴۰ روز است هیچ تماس یا ملاقاتی با خانواده نداشته و در سلول انفرادی زندان زندان قزلحصار نگهداری می‌شود.

پرونده اکنون در دیوان عالی کشور ایران در حال بررسی است. محرومیت از وکیل تعیینی و محدودیت دسترسی وکلا به پرونده، نگرانی‌ها درباره روند رسیدگی و احتمال تأیید سریع حکم اعدام را افزایش داده است.

#AmirhosseinHatami, 18, one of the defendants accused of setting fire to a Basij base in eastern Tehran, has been sentenced to death by Revolutionary Court Branch 15.
Sources say he has had no contact with his family for over 40 days and is being held in solitary confinement in Qezel Hesar Prison.

His case is now under review by the Supreme Court of Iran. Denial of chosen legal counsel and restricted lawyer access to the case have raised serious concerns about due process and the risk of a swift execution confirmation.
