@Ravisutanjani I think better advise will be to not drive on shoulder. Be on shoulder only for emergency parking - it's not a space to drive, specially not when it's so uneven and dusty.

We focus a lot on making rules, but not enough on following them or penalizing those who don’t. Most rule-abiding countries don’t have cops at every traffic light. People simply stop.

@thenewsdrill This advice does not sit well with either side. You cannot sit in States and say don't come here. You have to walk the talk - "I would if I could" is an excuse that we all give to ourselves.

@TeluguScribe How are Teachers still able to do this in schools? It's hard to watch this being a parent. This is probably a case which should be made into an example to teach the impact it has on kids, family & society. The way he was pleading the way he collapsed was so heartbreaking.

@Momos252 @Deadlykalesh There should be no such crossings on a 6 lane highway to start with. All turns should be through a U turn exit or a roundabout. Lekin "chalta hai", "kuch nahin hota" main se log niklenge tab na - pata nahin kaunse duniya jahan ki urgency lagi rehti hai sabko.
