@makemytripcare I booked a bus from Delhi to Jabalpur. The bus arrived 1 hour late, and I find out it doesn't even go to Jabalpur the operator has no service in MP. This is pure negligence from MMT. No response from support since then. Wasted my time, money, & energy. Pathetic!

If you can't support your customers properly, maybe shut down your business. I waited over an hour at the pickup point, only to find out the bus doesn't even go to Jabalpur, destination I booked! Your system says you'll "revert by 11th Aug"? Seriously?

You’ve deducted ₹10,500 from my account without any prior intimation, citing SIP bounce charges, even though my SIP is paid from a different account!
There was no communication or notification over the past 8 months regarding these accumulating charges.

बैंक द्वारा बताई गई सारी प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के बावजूद 01 साल से अधिक समय गुजर चुका है, अभी तक मेरे बैंक खाते का कोई अपडेट नहीं मिला है। कृपया कर बताने का कष्ट करें कितने वर्षों में इसका निपटारा होगा.?

नवंबर में अत्यधिक यूपीआई की वजह से @KotakBankLtd आपके द्वारा मेरे खाते को बंद किया गया। मैंने बैंक में संपर्क किया और आदेशानुसार आवेदन भी दिया। अप्रैल शुरू हो चुका है लेकिन खाता चालू नहीं हुआ है।
एक गुज़ारिश है चालू नहीं कर पा रहे हैं तो पूरी तरह बंद करके मेरी रकम लौटा दीजिए।
