Below the line communication is ideal to preserve life , tourism and economy . Above the line is destructive to economic development. May countries including China , Russia and Japan apply BTL sensitization .

@UgTourismBoard the word hotel is being abused by street lodges that call themselves hotels. Are you just ignoring, or can any person wake up and brand his house a hotel?

[John Sutherland @policecommander]

If we want the best police service in the world, we need:
- the best recruits
- the best leadership
- the best training
- the best kit & equipment
- the best psychological support
The best. For the best.
