The Canadian Media at @CTVnews especially needs to stop kissing his ass!

ABLEISM is Rampant in Canada
Enough!!!!!!!

Municipalities/provinces can’t/won’t get it done. PWD/disabled people need a publicly funded national disability insurance program for all long-term and chronic disabilities based on need. A plan that is portable across the country, non means tested and entitlement based.
Still can’t get over with how the disabled and poor were sold out with the disastrous Canada Disability Benefit. Fix it.
But what we also need now is a national disability insurance plan to fully support long term and chronic disabilities. Bandaids are not good enough.
As a person with Disabilities I worked for 20+ years and now have PTSD from repeated job loss. I physically throw up looking at my resume. I have done everything from peeling garlic in a restaurant to being Project Manager at a Top Teir 5 Banks in Canada so don't tell me to get a jobs!
NOT ALL People with Disabilities CAN work at all or without flare ups or will lose their jobs due to Ableist Employers and Supervisors who will not accommodate different needs etc!
People who have sleep Disorders require flexible hours
Some people have trouble with reading or numbers
People with Crohn's or irritable bowel or similar can't be in a job that has service level metrics, or be stuck on calls when you got to go
Some people can only stand or walk 5 minutes before they have to lie down, etc
I encourage all Canadians to truly understand the limitations & discriminatory policies People with Disabilities face in Canada!
It is a Major Misconception that people sit at home and collect money because they are Lazy!! and the worst offender of pushing this false hateful narrative is Premier Doug Ford @fordnation #Ford

There is NO fairness leaving People with Charter of Rights, Human Rights #UCHR & protected under #UNCRPD in government legislative poverty!!
ABLEISM is Rampant in Canada
Premiers must move social benefits programs to at least the poverty line!!! Any program that remains lower is Abuse causing Trauma and needless deaths!!!
#InjuredWorkers must speak up, have voices heard. Do not sit back crying, fight for your Rights or you’ll lose them Employers Love when you don’t fight because they don’t PAY! Fight, Fight, Fight for yourself or lose.
Since disabilities affect ALL Canadians, a publicly funded national disability insurance program would seek unanimous support from all political parties. @ElizabethMay@theJagmeetSingh@JustinTrudeau@PierrePoilievre
Simply the right thing to do.
Many think PWD/disabled people can’t be trusted to spend money wisely if they were to receive enough to have a dignified life. Have we seen how wisely governments prioritize and spend money they receive from taxpayers? Ableism defined. Disability must be funded based on need.
The promise of a straightforward compensation process often turns into a labyrinth of forms, appeals, & delays. Workers who should be focusing on their recovery are instead bogged down by a system that seems to lack transparency & efficiency. #wsibisbroken#workerscompisaright
Each voice adds to the strength of our cause, amplifying our demands for fairness, recognition, and systemic reform. By standing together, we amplify our message and increase our impact, making it clear that we will not rest until our demands are met.The time to act is now.
the combination of financial stress, uncertainty about benefits, & the adversarial nature of interactions with @WSIB take a toll on claimants. Increased anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues often result from dealing with the workers comp board. #WSIBisbroken
That’s the system Employers have resources to fight, injured workers lose pay, benefits from corrupt government agencies like my Ex-Employer who covered up my #workplaceviolence incident protecting my Assaulter and promoted him for being a good boy. Evidence in my favor, I WON!
Aggressive tactics like surveillance, frequent and intense pressure to return to work, and legal threats can create an environment where @WSIB claimants feel harassed and intimidated. This can deter other workers from pursuing rightful claims / reporting injuries. #WSIBisbroken
I’m one of you and support you 100%. Keep fighting for your rights and don’t think your Attorney can do all, they’re overworked and don’t advocate as you can with help from your support members. I feel sorry for the elderly who can’t fight employers.
Has anyone seen Trudeau meet with actual people with disabilities and I am not talking about non profit executives!!!
Until he does I know he doesn't know what he is doing to keep All people alive & let them live in dignity!
The MAiD class action lawsuit announced today is once again an attempt by Pro-eugenics Nazi Ideologists who are death seekers that are currently violating legislation including the #UNCRPD by under funding People with Disabilities Right life making it easier for them to be coerced into MAiD & cleansing of the population of Canada! In order to replace people from other countries under the guise of war!
This is unethical, immoral !!
The process should be straightforward, but instead, it often turns into a never-ending loop of delays, denials, & bureaucracy. We must advocate for a system that genuinely addresses the needs of injured workers and provides timely, fair compensation. #workerscompisaright#wsib
