@DocHeaven64@IcyBeeWing no red contributes to the death of blues. if > 50% press red; blue death. This is the same as blue, if < 50% press blue; blue death. same logic different perspective. additionally same logic < 50% press red; blue lives equates to > 50% press blue; blue lives.
@troyvstheworld@BornDepressed The neutral option is not pressing both buttons at all thereby, not contributing to the total amount of votes on red vs blue. red contributes to the death of blues if they are the majority, blue contributes to the lives of other blues if they are the majority.
@doxntme@ad64701@KwaoBuabeng Not a red button presser, pressing the blue button slows down the train while also tying them onto the train tracks, red button adds speed to the train, saving themselves from being tied up, not pressing anything won't do anything but stall the line of voters.
@Unknown_hmmmmm@RandomSprint This perfectly captures the red and button scenario fairly well, all the red button pressers think that blue button pressers are idiots trying to defend a city, it is much easier to flee and live to see another day, probably migrate to another land and live a different life.
@M0ZZ_F13ND@BabyMakersgames@MrBeast look man if even 10% of 8 billion (that is if 10% of the people chose blue) are dead that would be worse than WWI and WWII combined.
@SnowAndSteady@MentisWave also here is the thing we can't outrun a lion, if all of us where to scatter at different direction, the lion will choose the slowest one and that guy will surely be dead. So yeah, the likely survival strategy is to form a circle and make ourselves look bigger.
@MonasukoUHC@MynameJ54300954@Otome_chan311 I need to rephrase my previous statement this is merely a prediction on what would be the results if everyone chose randomly and even then the people who vote for blue will die, because there are 1/3 of them against 2/3 of red and green vote combined. so that is why I chose green
@ArcanesValor@Crassionn@TheCartoonLoon I might have dug myself in a hole, you know what the red, blue button scenario can't apply to covid, if red is pro vaccine, then blue must be anti-vaccine. then in a scenario where blue is the majority the virus still spreads, which is actually suicidal.
@Dr_Derael@MynameJ54300954@Otome_chan311 the 1/3 came from the 3 buttons themselves. When life is at stake, the statistics are skewed towards the red and green buttons. best case scenario the result is higher than 1/3 but it cannot reach 1/2 or 50%.
@ArsonS43430@Crassionn@TheCartoonLoon if you take this vaccine that contains a strain of the virus it might kill you, but it will save the entire population if enough people are immune, slowing down the spread of virus.
@Dr_Derael@MynameJ54300954@Otome_chan311 If trust my gut that there is only 1/3 chance that people will pick blue then unfortunately, I would have to decline on pressing blue. It is impossible to achieve 50%. as you have seen from the pol above my calculations are lower than 1/3.
@MynameJ54300954@Otome_chan311 It is highly more unlikely to press the blue button when all the colors in the spectrum are added and have the properties of the red button. Red, Yellow, Green, idk there are infinite amount of them. Do you get what I mean?
@MynameJ54300954@Otome_chan311 of course it does matter, the likelihood someone will press the live button will increase the more red buttons there are. 1/2 the original. 2/3 this scenario, for succeeding button counts onwards n-1/n.
@justalexoki you live in a country that is on the brink of collapse, press the red button to leave, press the blue button to stay, if more than 50% of the people press the blue button, then maybe there is a chance their country can be rebuilt.
