Prof @Prof_NickTalley made the point that travel is the biggest contributor to the carbon footprint - so don't rage against remote working/conferences/meetings and say you care about climate change. I am pressured often to attend overseas meetings that I know I can contribute to just as well remotely. Let's plan a more sustainable future with more flexible and hybrid options.
