@TUIUK always been told to not book your excursions & now I agree.
We were ready at the hotel by 1:25 for a 1:30 pickup. The guide turned up at 1pm and left by 1:15pm (hotel staff told us). Waited 90min while calling the helpline & aren’t getting a refund. We did nothing wrong.

@TUIUK we waited an hour for a driver to turn up for our excursion. Found out someone arrived 30 minutes early and left after 5 minutes. Been on the phone to you for an hour, passed around to several members of staff to finally to be told no one is coming. Waste of time.
