@Optus Why have you told customers via the Optus Sport FAQ that they do not need to cancel and will not be charged when this is untrue? The email I received says I will automatically be subscribed to Optus Sport on Stan, and charged.
@Optus if your response is that technically a customer will not be charged for Optus Sport, rather than Optus Sport on Stan, this is incredibly misleading. I, and I’m sure many others, never consented to having a Stan account created on our behalf.
