@tjross @splashsports Additionally, if I as a commish, submitted for someone else or changed, it would show. Either way, you don't need to see everyones picks in order to submit for someone when they are not able.

BE AWARE! For @splashsports contests - the commissioner has the ability to view picks at ANY TIME. Supposedly a fix was put in place for paid contests but game integrity isn't as important for their free contest options. @tjross @splashsports This is not accurate. Being able to submit picks for users and being able to see everyone's pick are not mutually exclusive. In fact, OFP I could submit for a user and I could not see anyone else's picks. This is still true today. I'm happy to show you.
