James Fishback's legal troubles continue.

His Tesla was just repo'd by the U.S. Marshals and he still owes over 200k in civil penalties. Now a new court filing offers more detail into his efforts to run from the law.

Despite telling a federal judge that he "does not have the means" to pay his debts, Fishback has been on a shopping spree, buying $37k in luxury brand accessories with his Chase card in violation of a court order.

This is not going to end well for the "fake it til you make it" candidate for Florida Governor.

Never seen someone so worried about keeping more of their own money. Maybe if they just index back to the 2019 spending levels the locals will be fine. My county has grown over a billion dollars in spending since that time. Mostly giving themselves raises. They can cut and make hard choices like we have to do.

This is bullshit. It’s out of control local governments spending multiples of the population growth to give themselves raises. It’s about ending the ever increasing flow of revenue to unaccountable spending. My counties budget has grown from 1.16 billion in 2020 to 2.25 billion in 2025. And guess what we don’t have gold plated roads. But they do want to give the county manager a 187% raise.

Cut off the money flowing, make them make some hard choices.

The problem is the local governments have been growing at insane rates as they are swimming in excess property taxes and spending it. The millage rates should decrease to compensate for the increases in revenue but they never do. The spend spend spend. Much of it on giving themselves raises and not actually making any improvements to the roads.

It’s time to stop worrying about government having enough money. Fuck them. They never worry about taking more and more from us. It’s time to cut off the spigot of property tax revenue

I don’t care what needs to be cut. Cut all of it. Just search for the budget growth rates in any county in Florida. It’s insane. 100-200% spending growth.

These aircraft don’t have drone recovery capabilities. The HADES program look to have Launched Effects (drones) capability - or at least that was a program requirement, but a ISR platform would be useless at low altitude. They typically orbit at higher altitude for better reception and to make use of whatever sensor suite is installed.
