Complete shambles the staff at Manchester airport are. Turned up 3.5 hrs before our flight, checkin was 2.5 hrs before and we were told to come back later at 10.20am when our flight opened...this was at 10.40, between 9 and three staff who left checkin closed

@AerLingus leaving loads of us not checked in only when we all complained our flight was in 45 mins did one of them stay @AerLingus had to leave daughter in tears at security to hope she made her flight and connecting flight. Staff not interested

Im still waiting to hear from. @CambsCC to see if they will cover the costs for 2 broken alloys, 2 new tyres and recovery to preston for my xc90 from 13th December they won't even contact me till mid march 30 x 50 x 6 inch pothole
