Because and I thought it might be an error that gets fixed along the trip.They drew the full estimated exaggerated amount at the mid of the trip.
They refused to refund claiming that I agreed on the estimated value

I was charged for estimated 450 EGP for a trip that is worth 150 to 200 EGP

Customer service refused to refund the difference. "Estimated to supersede the Actual".

They drew the money from my credit card at the mid of trip not at the end.
