Just been on the 08.12 @TPExpressTrains from Liverpool to Glasgow. The staff were great, the 2 conductors were very helpful. But must give a shout to host Lorenzo who provided great service, very friendly and attentive, credit to the company.

@TheCoopLive Do you actually realise people have paid massively over inflated prices for accommodation this weekend to see @oliviarodrigo spent hundreds on travel and accom which cannot be refunded. Plus the heartbreak for my daughter who’s spent ages making bracelets / outfit etc.

@o2 great customer service at the Liverpool Edge Lane store dealing with a replacement phone case under warranty ordered me one in and. Then kept me updated on when to collect it. Very happy customer and always get great service at that branch 👌

@LandscapePersp1 @POferriesupdate It’s a disgrace. I’ve paid a lot of of money for my daughter to go on this skiing trip and she’ll miss at least 1 day of it now (out of 5). P&o need to be held accountable for this and provide compensation
