after being let through with his TSA compliant carry on and now potentially can’t play in the tournament he’s been waiting all year for…but at this point, what other reason is there @AmericanAir? (9/9) #disappointed #tsa @TSA

Even if it turns up in 4-5 days, it will have been too late. My husband and son are black, the @AmericanAir gate attendants were older white women. I don’t want to assume that race was the reason my 12 year old was aggressively chased down the ramp (8/9)

picked it up and will hopefully return it. So what now @AmericanAir? What if my 12 year old can’t play in his tournament? We followed the rules and packed his items in TSA compliant luggage that has never had an issue being carried on before. The plane had plenty of overhead(6/9)

My husband reluctantly checked the bags, had to PAY to check the bags and after a layover in Charlotte now my son’s bag has gone missing after arriving in Myrtle Beach. The tag tracker says it arrived with all of the other bags. @AmericanAir is saying someone else may have (5/9)

Attendant that we always carry this bag on @Americanair & @united flights without issue & that everything our son needs to play in his tournament is in that bag. She was extremely indifferent/rude & insisted that this bag that meets all the TSA requirements, be checked. (4/9)

Halfway down the tarmac, yelling for him to come back and told him that he now needs to check his bag too (large plane, not a full flight, plenty of room in the overhead). His dad asked the attendant not to be so aggressive with our son and explained to the @AmericanAir (3/9)
