@GadSaad @Budget This just happened to us with @Budget in Miami. After we told the agent we will bring back the vehicle full she still added it on. I questioned it but she assured me it will be taken off when we return the vehicle. Yah right!! Had to call to get it refunded. Scam!!!

@jerryspez @globeandmail I’m talking mental illness. It’s very complex and must be handled carefully. How many people who wanted to end their life are now happy they didn’t? People do recover. Terminal conditions with no other options is one thing but mental illness is another.
