Can I please speak to a real person!! I can’t login to my account, need to change my phone number and your online support is unable to. You phone number just gives useless info and hangs up. I’m finding this unbelievably frustrating!!

@AskeBay It doesn’t ask me for a passcode, it asks for a phone number or order ID. I’ve tried using order I’d and it finds an account then when trying to put me through to someone it sends me to the automated line and hangs up!

@AskeBay I have also tried 0345 355 3229 which send me to same automated message then hangs up. This is unbelievably frustrating and shocking service which I really don’t expect from eBay.

@AskeBay I have. It asks me 100 questions to try and find my account, if it eventually finds it and tries to put me through to an agent it goes to an automated message which says go online for help then hangs up.
