In the @NBA, the most rare player is “the system” player. Meaning - they ARE the system; they are an entire team offense unto themselves. In my lifetime watching the League, it’s @KingJames, Harden, @luka7doncic.
Now two of them are on the same team.
Not sure what happens next.

I think the drop in @NBA ratings has more to do with the recent changes to the salary cap than it does with the current style of play.
People like the idea of “parity” more than they actually like watching it. Similar to women’s sport in that way. Also - no one likes Tatum.
