@ChaseSupportUK The Android app just crashes upon opening. Phone support yesterday said other users were experiencing it too. Is there any ETA on this being fixed?

@EphemeralArc Don't know how you're getting on with this, but I got the £12.50 fine for late payment, even though I paid it. After 3 hours on Whatsapp they agreed to refund it. They say they will take the payment as normal this month but I don't believe them. They said that last month.

@EphemeralArc @TalkTalk I've had those two emails too. But the payment was taken as normal last month. I think if I make a one-off payment today they'll probably take the payment as well!
