🔥🔥MAHA BETRAYAL: Trump’s DOJ Sides with Mandates!!

While the campaign trail was filled with promises to protect "Health Freedom" and "End the Mandates," the legal reality just hit the Supreme Court and it’s a gut punch to every healthcare hero who stood their ground.

In a shocking move, the DOJ (under Solicitor General D. John Sauer) just filed a brief in Doe v. Hochul asking the Supreme Court NOT to hear the case of healthcare workers fired for their religious beliefs.

The Double Standard:
❌ The Promise: "I will sign an executive order to ban all vaccine mandates."
✅ The Reality: Trump’s own Solicitor General is arguing that this case is a "poor vehicle" for review because the law was repealed, ignoring the thousands of workers who were already fired.

They are even suggesting that the lower court was "consistent" with federal law when it allowed hospitals to prioritize avoiding state fines over protecting religious rights.

They are using legal hair-splitting to block justice for the nurses, doctors, and first responders who lost their careers. If the @dojphofficial won’t stand up for Title VII and your religious rights when it matters, the promises are empty.

No not at all.

@MJTruthUltra gets it wrong here and @RobSchneider was right to promote @AaronSiriSG's analysis. I have fact checked Siri's analysis with another phenomenal medical freedom attorney @sujatagibson. Both Siri and Gibson practice law in New York (where DOE v. HOCHUL was filed) and they both represent hundreds of fired unvaccinated workers.

DOE v. HOCHUL was fully briefed and a very powerful case - that's why SCOTUS requested the solicitor general give a written opinion. SCOTUS does not often do that. This is done in cases where the Justices are in disagreement, debating and/or split on a decision.

Gorsuch, Thomas and Alito all wrote scathing dissents when this case first went to SCOTUS a few years back. It was not taken at that time because it was not fully briefed, but the three mentioned Justices found even that delay to be a travesty of justice.

In New York Governor Hochul DID NOT EVEN ALLOW FOR A SINGLE MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL TO EVEN REQUEST A RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION. RELIGIOUS EXEMPTIONS WERE 100% BANNED BY THE GOVERNOR FOR MEDICAL WORKERS. IT WAS INSANELY EGREGIOUS.

@MJTruthUltra clearly has no idea what the history in NY was with this case.

The disappointment civilian fired unvaccinated workers have in @realDonaldTrump right now is hard to overstate. These are people who knocked doors for Trump when @RobertKennedyJr asked them to in 2024. You won't see enthusiasm from these voters in the 2026 midterms.

There was no licensed/authorized FDA covid vaccine when the DoD mandate was issued on 24 Aug 2021.

The only products available were Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) and therefore could NOT be mandated per LAW!
