@scotlandscoeff1 Not 100%, but I think if the challenge from Welsh is considered ‘careless’ and the cause of any contact rather than contact been ‘unavoidable’, then that takes precedent.

So if Welsh had won the ball and then hit Kabore, would be considered dangerous play. Else it’s careless
