In the last 24 hours, Wrexham fans have successfully persuaded their club to allow Sheffield Wednesday supporters to use their protest banner in the ground and one of their owners @RMcElhenney has revealed there are 10,000 gold shirts from last season available, with all profits going to @SWFCTrust. They’re even selling the shirts online with the words ‘in solidarity’ under the £25 price. Perhaps this has even raised the profile of the situation at #SWFC, who knows. Football still has its moments.

Paul Heckingbottom has been given around £20m to spend in the upcoming transfer window. United are hoping for a takeover but for now will be focusing on bargains, free transfers, and loans.
