Sometimes loses happen with nothing learn to learn from it.

Stop trying to find a reason why u lost it. You just lost the trade, lock up & move on to the next.

Price moved in the opposite direction and you lost it. That’s it, it happens, that’s forex for you.

Once you’ve planned & taken your trade, do not adjust your STOP LOSS.

No matter what’s going on in the market, don’t adjust it. Adjusting your SL fucks up ur learning curve.

You can’t even call it a win or a lost trade even if it later went to your direction.

Pity yourself.
