The answer is I think it is very simple. If you cause an accident on a bike / scooter and at fault due to recklessness, you are ticketed and held liable. Every inch of Beltline has cameras. Experienced riders will be able to do higher speeds but also create caution for others.

Hard pass. When’s good enough? 10/20/50 kiles of protected bike lanes? Does it have to be within 1/2 mile of BeltLine?

This is also like saying electric vehicles should be speed restricted until all drivers are being cited appropriately & stop performing traffic violations.

@Urban_Connector At the end of the day, it's a deflection of his business, right? When 5 Church opened, there was little I'm Colony Square. Now there is 10x competition that frankly is better than 5 Church.

@Urban_Connector @HowEPhil I don't have the exact Aventon model, but I do have the version with the GPS, battery, and locking system, and it's super slick. Make me feel more secure in locking it up for extended periods somewhere.
