"AI-Proof Infrastructure for Creators"
Securing IP in the generative AI era. Designed a system to inject radioactive signals into art and anchor cryptographic proofs on Base to mathematically detect unauthorized AI training.

🦅 Blockchain at Yonsei란?

Yonsei Blockchain 학회(BAY)는 2017년에 설립된 국내 최초의 블록체인 학회로, 블록체인 생태계의 발전을 목표로 활동하고 있습니다. 현재 블록체인 산업은 세계 유수의 기업과 인재들이 활발히 참여하며 급격히 성장하고 있습니다. 이에 BAY는 미래 사회에 필요한 블록체인에 대한 소양과 통찰력을 갖춘 인재들과 함께 발전하고자 합니다.

이번 학기 BAY는 개발팀, 리서치팀 두 개의 팀으로 구성되어 활동할 예정입니다. 더 자세한 정보는 아래 노션 링크에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

Q. 유예생, 졸업생, 휴학생, 대학원생, 직장인 모두 지원 가능한가요?

A. 네, 모두 지원 가능합니다! 기존 Blockchain at Yonsei 멤버 분들 중 졸업생, 대학원생 모두 있었습니다. 정기 회의 및 팀 프로젝트에 성실하게 참여할 수 있다면 모두 지원가능합니다.

Q. 활동기간이 어떻게 되나요? 비연속 2학기도 가능한가요?

A. 연속 2학기 활동을 마쳐야 수료가 가능합니다. 특별한 사유가 없는 한, 비연속 2학기는 불가능합니다.

Q. 학회 활동인원이 얼마나 되나요? 이번 학기에는 얼마나 선발할 예정인가요?

A. 26-1학기 활동 예정인 기존 부원은 현재 20명 내외입니다. 매 기수마다 15-20명의 인원을 선발하여 총 30명 정도의 인원이 활동합니다.

Q. 학회 활동은 언제 어디서 진행되나요?

A. 학회 정규 세션은 매주 목요일 오후 7시 30분, 연세대학교 신촌캠퍼스에서 진행될 예정입니다. 이외에 본인이 속한 팀의 스케줄에 따라 유동적으로 학회 활동이 이뤄집니다.

Q. 개발자만 지원 가능한가요?

A. 아닙니다. 현재 다양한 전공의 부원들이 활동하고 있습니다.

While many Layer 1 blockchains have relied on general-purpose SDKs to differentiate themselves through token design or go-to-market strategies, Sui took an entirely different path by re-architecting the core pillars of blockchain infrastructure—consensus, mempool, storage, and smart contracts. Notably, Sui is recognized as the only project to have fully implemented and productionized DAG technology, which had once been dismissed by much of the industry.

Sui’s strength also lies in its deep technical commitment to improving both user experience (UX) and developer experience (DX). Features like zkLogin, sponsored transactions, passkey-based authentication, and the KELP recovery system dramatically lower barriers to entry for users. On the developer side, tools such as the Move Prover, Bugdar, Move Registry, and Sui SDK provide a powerful and intuitive environment that significantly enhances the scalability of the ecosystem.

Rather than resting on its current achievements, Sui continues to evolve through an ambitious upgrade roadmap. From Bullshark to Mysticeti, and now toward Mysticeti V2 and Remora, the network has consistently improved consensus latency, validator efficiency, and overall performance across the stack.

More than just a smart contract platform, Sui represents an attempt to fundamentally redefine the architecture of the web itself. Mysten Labs aims to unify execution, consensus, storage, networking, UX, and developer tooling into a full-stack framework, positioning Sui as the coordination layer for a new global internet infrastructure.

This latest Four Pillars Sui report is the culmination of three major updates over the past two years. As of September 2025, it captures both the journey Sui has taken to date and its long-term outlook for the future.
