@justineidea @RadioTx76853 @ma1ybe Just gunna have to agree to disagree on this one. Getting a work permit and a driver's license doesn't have any known or unknown side effects. There is no complication risk in either of those.

Again, not preventing the teen from getting it. Just must keep the parent in the loop

@justineidea @RadioTx76853 @ma1ybe I'm not a lawyer, but I'm assuming you could have a law that allows teens to not need parental consent for this scenario ,but for others need parental consent

But seems like a very unique situation and in that hypothetical case I could see how you could justify the teens choice without the parent consent. However I think the default law should be to have parental consent, with an exception in this case
