@OfficialDMRC But what are working hrs for Issuing NCMC metro card. Counters at Ashram and lajpatnagar refused to issue any type of card around 6PM today. Is this the norm of DMRC?

@OfficialDMRC request Delhi Metro to confirm (1) whether conventional Metro ONE Card has been discontinued? (2)Whether buying NCMC card is optional or mandatory and is it being issued through DMRC official channel? (3) working hrs for for issuing NCMC card?

@YashrajVatsh @HatimKedar @RedmiSupportIN @XiaomiIndia Same happened with me. It's possibly a scam by @RedmiSupportIN with Indian customers. They maight be injecting some bug through update to make money. We should file case against them and boycott their products. It's big question, why it happens only after warranty period is over?

Company has refused to repair. They are demanding 13k. possibly they are using dirty trick to cheat buyer. They send buggy update some & phone starts malfunctioning
