💔 When Fear Becomes Bigger Than Justice

My senior citizen father was assaulted, and like any ordinary family, we trusted the system, hoping for fairness and protection. But somewhere between power, pressure, and influence, we felt deeply disappointed by the situation

The people involved returned home. My father also came back home on bail under Section 151. But what truly broke us was not only the case — it was the humiliation and fear that followed. We felt deeply humiliated and traumatised inside the police station by the behaviour we encountered, which shattered our dignity and sense of safety.

After I raised my voice on social media asking for help, I also felt pressured through a phone call from a third person to delete my tweet, which I eventually did out of fear. That moment made me realise how helpless an ordinary person can feel while simply trying to seek justice for his family.

Today, I am scared to even mention names publicly. Not because I want revenge, but because a common man constantly fears harassment, false cases, and fear of unfair treatment. The painful truth is that the same uniform which should make citizens feel protected has now become a reason for fear in our family.

Even writing this took courage. I do not know what happens next, but silence cannot become the future of justice in our country. If ordinary people become afraid of speaking the truth, then somewhere we all need to ask difficult questions to the system meant to protect us.

I am not asking for sympathy. I am only asking – does an ordinary citizen truly have a safe place to seek justice without fear?

@TrayaHealth I ordered on 8 Oct (Order ID: #T6051828). Parcel reached delivery agent on 11 Oct but not delivered.
He’s asking for self-pickup 40–50 km away, despite home delivery.
Last month same agent came home — why this now? Please resolve.
