When you don’t know which/how inputs drive the outcomes, pick an input that *should* drive the outcome you want, focus on that, learn, iterate. We’re clearly in that latter scenario here.

@stevegraham For what it’s worth, I feel similarly, so I implemented Apple Pay in an ecomm checkout flow. Less than 3% of customers who had Apple Pay integrated actually used it. Granted, our customers aren’t the most tech savvy, but I was still kind of blown away.
