Really appreciated that @Marriott let me transfer points for no fee, sensible since it costs them nothing. Didn’t like @AmericanAir charging half the legit value of points to transfer them, and 4x to buy them. Feel ripped off. All miles gone, probably done with them.

@HiltonHotels called your Diamond desk a few days ago to have a free night certificate extended. The CSR graciously agreed and I postponed my plans. But certificate expiration was NOT extended. Called today to fix it, and now diamond desk refuses to extend. This is unfair.

@HiltonHotels I’m at Hilton MarBrisa & surprised to learn that I wouldn’t receive a breakfast benefit. I choose Hilton hotels because of benefits provided to Diamond members. There was no indication during the reservation process. Not to mention the $35 parking in the fine print.

And Delta does it again! Sitting on flight 1584 for 45 minutes. Delayed after the 2.5 hour delay as they check out something on the replacement plane we were provided after they took our plane for another flight. Officially about to tick over a 3 hour delay.

Another trip on @Delta, and another 3 hour delay announced as I was en route the airport. Gotta hand it to them, they do have a knack for timing.

If @Delta had announced a 3-hour delay last night, they would’ve had to offer a full refund and we could’ve flown united. By waiting until we’re at the airport, they know we won’t make that choice. Hey @Delta you really need a full accounting on what happened on flight DL1143 today. Posted late just an hour before the flight when you knew far before. Delayed over 3 hours. Busted entertainment system. Probably an hour waiting on tarmac because you failed to get proper gate.
