I tell everyone never to use @AVA_airasia@airasia they do not reply to you. Terrible customer service. You cannot speak to someone. They cancel your flight and do not refund you the money. Hundreds of pounds taken off me and not flight cancelled Anyone?
@airasia cannot believe you cancelled my flight and I’ve not been sent the credit for my refund in over 10 days. When should I receive this no one answers and your automated help is terrible!?
@airasia Your first DM referred to a credit not full cash refund. This is unacceptable. YOU CANCELLED my flight on my honeymoon, it was not a choice. I’ve since had to find an alternative. No refund and now no reply in a week. Please come back to me asap so we can resolve.
